At Cheryl's Essential Massage, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate the scheduling needs of all our valued clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our practice and fairness to both our clients and therapists, we have the following 24-hour cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a. If you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time.
b. To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your appointment confirmation email or call 502 552 7813. If you get voice mail, please provide your full name, phone number, and the date and time of your appointment.
2. Charges for Late Cancellations:
a. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee.
b. The cancellation fee will be equivalent to the full price of the scheduled service fee.
c. The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file or will be required to be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
3. Exceptions:
a. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. In such cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We kindly request you provide documentation or proof of the emergency or unforeseen event.
b. In situations where the therapist cannot provide the scheduled service due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at your convenience, and no cancellation fee will be charged.
4. No-Show Policy:
a. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show."
b. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service fee, and payment will be required before scheduling any future appointments.
5. Arrival Time:
a. To ensure you receive your full scheduled treatment, please arrive a few minutes before your appointment.
b. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments.
Please understand that our therapists set aside time specifically for your appointment, and late cancellations or no-shows prevent us from offering those time slots to other clients. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy.
