Deep Tissue
We specialize in Deep tissue work to release trigger points that cause pain both at the location of the trigger point as well as referred pain in other areas of the body. We warm-up the tissue and gradually go deeper to avoid pain and bruising which can be caused by going to hard and deep too soon
Active Release
We release tight areas to help you regain mobility. This especially important if you train hard or see a chiropractor. The active release is done by pinning down a muscle and moving the associated limb through its range of motion. Once the muscle is released you should have greater and easier movement in and around the area released
